high-school senior

Jocelyn - Class of 2015

The last of the summer senior shoots, Jocelyn chose to do hers in the Sunken Gardens.  Yet another member of Nebraska Girls' Shakespeare Company, this young woman is going places!

Love this location <3

All of the color!

Piercing eyes.

Tiauna - Class of 2015

Tiauna is going places.  This young woman loves books, is involved in Slam Poetry at Lincoln High, and has performed at TedX Youth Lincoln.  Like, woah.  And to top it off her session was awesome.  Life is good.

Alivia - Class of 2015

This woman is doing awesome things.  She biked to Pioneers Park a lot growing up, so naturally we did her seniors there.  So much positive energy and beauty in front of my camera!

Always barefoot.

Maggie - Class of 2015

I loved this shoot so so much.  We found a patch of lilies, gorgeous backlit greenery, and Maggie proved to be a pro in front of the camera.  *click photos to enlarge*

Isabel and Alec - Class of 2015

This brother-sister pair was really fun to work with!  Between IB, AP, theatre, soccer, and cross-country these two are busy beavers.  Glad they managed to squeeze this shoot into their schedule!  *click photos to enlarge*

Given the location, I'm happy how these B&W photos turned out.  I got my inspiration from a National Geographic gallery.  Take a look at the gallery here.

There was some amazing light and a healthy dose of shenanigans for this shoot...

// We found this tree ready for its portrait.

Rachele - Class of 2015

Rachele has stage presence, which is why I love working with seniors who do theatre.  So. Stunning.  Also, shout out for being the first senior shoot of the summer! (even though we had to finish up in a second session to avoid the crazy weather)  *Click photos to enlarge*
